Operational yacht care
Not a price list. A management structure.
Yacht management depends on the yacht, the season, the crew, the marina and the level of readiness the owner expects. The goal is simple: keep the boat under control when the owner is away, before guests arrive and during technical periods.
Budget tool
Estimate your management scope
Select yacht type, length, crew participation and services. The calculator shows an approximate market range, not a binding quotation.
Scope logic
A clear range first, details on demand
The visible card keeps only final monthly and one-time figures. Yacht type, length, crew and service choices are adjusted in one modal, so the page stays easy to read.
Scope
Choose the level of support
The management model is split into a base monthly layer, optional monthly add-ons and one-time actions. This keeps the estimate readable and prevents recurring work from being mixed with event-based tasks.
01Base monthly service
Yacht control alongside
Mooring lines, moorings, bad-weather control, ventilation, battery charging and washing at least once a month.
Technical control
Start-up of onboard units and machinery, working-mode checks and battery condition.
Owner representation
Communication with marina administration and service companies on behalf of the owner.
Price depends on length, yacht type and crew participation.
02Monthly add-ons
Monthly add-on blocks: operational works, finance, administration and sailing control for sailing yachts.
03One-time actions
Event-based services for guest arrival, seasonal launch, winterization, emergency visit, yard period, safety review, tender preparation or provisioning.
04Readable estimate
The calculator separates base month, monthly add-ons, monthly total and one-time services.
Physical onboard work
Washing, opening, ventilating, checking lines and fenders, preparing cabins and basic onboard routines. If competent crew is onboard, part of this work may already be covered.
Management and control
Planning, contractor control, reporting, budget supervision, marina communication, technical schedule and owner representation. Crew can support the boat, but this layer still needs structure.
FAQ
Before we prepare a proposal
Is the estimate binding?
No. It is an approximate budgeting range. Commercial terms are agreed individually after reviewing the yacht and confirming the service scope.
Why does crew participation change the estimate?
Crew can cover part of the daily onboard work. The management company then focuses more on control, coordination and reporting.
Do sailing yachts require a separate scope?
Often yes. Rigging, sails, furling systems, winches and deck hardware may add a separate operational layer.
Can you supervise contractors?
Yes. Operational works can include contractor selection, task assignment, progress control and practical communication with the owner.
